AC Moore Now Open

So I went into AC Moore over a week ago (I know, I'm really late on this) & I haven't been back in since because frankly I was pretty disappointed. Maybe they'll be having a "Grand Opening" later, but there were no spectacular sales or prices. The prices were comparable to Michael's. And they didn't really have anything that Michael's didn't.

I was hunting for some scrapbook paper & did have a 40% off coupon to Michael's so I headed over there after I left AC Moore. Michael's had a sign out front that said they would match any competitor's coupon + 10% so I guess that was a silver lining on my gloomy AC Moore cloud.

Does anyone have any experiences or AC Moore good news?

AC Moore Craft Store Opening

This is just an FYI. Earlier this week I was told that the new AC Moore (in between Barnes & Noble & Target) should be opening on March 18th. Maybe there will be some great grand opening deals!
